Never on time. £400 a month spend and they can't be bothered to show up at the time booked.
Don't download the application. The location system is really bad and screws you over. If you want to book just call them. Do not use the app. Otherwise good taxi service.
It use to be a very good and reliable service but not anymore. It is so hard to get a car in the morning. Drivers do not respect their passengers and their own rules regarding COVID-19 situation. Dirty car and no mask or gloves as they handle cash. I will never again use their services. There are other and better companies out there.

really convenient can use the app to book and track my taxi. Good one S&D!
Same issues as other users. Tried registering and was told my email was already in use. Tried the forgot your password option and just get error retrieving password so I'm completely unable to use the app.
Useless if the app logs you out after a certain time, then you cannot retrieve your password. "Error retrieving password" Register again - "email already in use" Only of any use if you register with different email. Not well designed. Why on earth should a password even be required just to order a taxi??
